Borrowing InformationAny Canton resident age 5 or older may obtain a library card by filling out a short application form at the library. Click here for more details about getting a library card. Canton Public Library materials circulate as follows:
Borrowers must be 18 years of age or older in order to check out museum/cultural site passes and Wii games. Most materials may be renewed once. Renewals can be made in person, by telephone, or online through our website. Items on hold for other patrons, admission passes to museums and cultural sites, Quick Read books, and Wii games cannot be renewed. Items obtained through the interlibrary loan system may or may not be renewable, depending on the owning library's policies. To renew items online:
